This has been a fun week of sharing beautiful beachfront properties along the southern and central California coast. Now it’s time for you Northern California!

To start us off, I found this web page, crowning the “Top 10 Northern California Beaches.”

Top 10 Northern California Beaches

When I say San Francisco, the first thing that comes to mind may not be beach. You may envision the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz or seal lions basking on the docks in the Pier 39 marina. Even though you may not think beach, all of the aforementioned landmarks relate to water. San Francisco is a waterfront city boasting beautiful ocean views and yes, even beaches! This includes Baker Beach, Stinson Beach and Ocean Beach, which are included in the above Top 10!

Hearing Ocean Beach being affiliated with San Francisco may be confusing to some of us San Diego residents that have a beach by the same name. Even though San Diego County beaches have the magical marine layer, creating lower temperatures, San Francisco is known for having more consistently cool temperatures and frequent overcast skies. Which, by the way I personally love!

This was nearly impossible without first taking it out of my LLC and then put it back at a later date (or so I was told by so many financial institutions).
