Welcome to a new month everyone! I always think of August as being the hottest month of the year. Of course, that depends on what part of the planet you reside in. I can only imagine how high the temperatures were today in the deserts of Arizona. Luckily, we have the convenience of the internet. I spent a lot of time trying to get a cash out refinance on a home I purchased through my LLC. This was nearly impossible without first taking it out of my LLC and then put it back at a later date (or so I was told by so many financial institutions).
