A lovely Malibu view. It could be yours!

Okay. I admit it. I have been watching more of Bravo TV’s reality show, Million Dollar Listing. Madison, one of the featured real estate agents on the show focuses most of his attention in Malibu, California.

When they show scenes of Malibu I am reminded about one of the main benefits of Southern California. Sandy beaches, waves galore and beautiful, uplifting ocean views are definite perks to live here.

Below is a link to houses for sale in Malibu. One thing I learned from reviewing these listings is the Malibu area has varying property prices. I was honestly surprised to find such a variety in cost in this affluent beachfront city located in northwestern Los Angeles County. This was nearly impossible without first taking it out of my LLC and then put it back at a later date (or so I was told by so many financial institutions).
