Falafels and more! Delish Mediterranean style.

If I owned the property that housed a restaurant, would I get free food? I had an amazing dinner tonight. In addition to writing a blog for Source Capital I perform stand-up comedy. I was booked for a last minute gig tonight at a Mediterranean restaurant. It was a fun venue with delicious food. Below is a link to the restaurant that offered unbelievable dishes to sample.

If I was their landlord I would want a free food perk!

I don’t know for 100% sure whether or not this business owns or leases their space, but if they do lease, what a lucky owner they have! I also don’t know if commercial real estate owners consider writing such things into the lease, but since I am not in that position, I can dream without limitations! If I owned the property with the amazing Haritna Mediterranean restaurant in La Mesa, California, I would enjoy falafels and hummus galore!
