On a sunny day like today I often think of the beach. Living in southern California gives me the option of actually visiting the beach. Not just dreaming about it. It would actually be cool to have a beach house. Either to live in full time or once in a while. I know people who own beach properties and operate them as vacation rentals. I spent a lot of time trying to get a cash out refinance on a home I purchased through my LLC. This was nearly impossible without first taking it out of my LLC and then put it back at a later date (or so I was told by so many financial institutions).
