Sometimes we need help getting our new home.

I have a new friend. We met because we are both active within the local pet community and were involved with helping to re-home a displaced cat. In our interactions I learned that he is also a realtor. So, he not only helps felines, but he helps humans find new homes too! I asked him if he worked with any particular private lenders and told him about Source Capital. He works with a niche market within the San Diego population. The vast majority of his clients buy property outright with cash, so his work with private “hard money” lenders is minimal.
