Beautiful San Diego waters are just one of the many things to love about living here.

I spent a lot of time trying to get a cash out refinance on a home I purchased through my LLC. This was nearly impossible without first taking it out of my LLC and then put it back at a later date (or so I was told by so many financial institutions).
