I spent a lot of time trying to get a cash out refinance on a home I purchased through my LLC. This was nearly impossible without first taking it out of my LLC and then put it back at a later date (or so I was told by so many financial institutions). I owned the home entirely and should have been a no-brainer to use the equity in this fully remodeled home.
