12.14.2012 – San Francisco Strength

The San Francisco housing market is healthier!

We’ve been having cooler weather in San Diego this week. It has included overcast skies and rain. Not typical San Diego misting or light showers that last for a few minutes and are gone. Instead more thorough pours, as seen more typically in San Francisco and other areas of northern California.

As I have mentioned before in this blog, because of my preference of cooler weather, some have suggested I move to the Bay Area. I’m not sure if I ever will or not, but I do like the weather up there.

In the field of real estate there are some excited changes happening in the Bay area. According to the Los Angeles Times article at the link below, the San Francisco area housing market has grown stronger. Both real estate sales and prices have increased since last year.
