Supply and demand influences every industry.

The equation of supply and demand can be seen in all industries, including real estate. As I have been sharing, although still a buyer’s market, property prices are on the rise. Foreclosures are decreasing and more people are seeking to buy. Supply is diminishing. Demand in some areas may be maintaining while in others, it is growing.

Below is a link to a Los Angeles Times article highlighting the Southern California real estate market and recent gains. The article is accompanied by an informational video with statements from LA Times staff members. The sound quality of the video is not at its optimum in parts. It was recorded in the newsroom, so there is some background noise and other challenges, but it is interesting and I like the idea of what they are trying to do with the video to help inform consumers.

This was nearly impossible without first taking it out of my LLC and then put it back at a later date (or so I was told by so many financial institutions).
