Hard money lenders provide financing options for those turned down by traditional banks.

Hard money loans and investors. You need one to have the other. Private money investors provide funding for those looking to purchase real estate. At Source Capital, this is done in the form of  trust deed loans. The money is secured with the property being purchased by the borrower.

Borrowers that have been turned down by banks have an opportunity to receive necessary financing from an alternative source; a private money lender. Hard money lenders play an important part in the rebuilding of our economy. By providing more people with the means to purchase real estate, more money is being added into the active market. With additional activity and purchases comes a lessening of the supply and increase in the demand. This process drives real estate prices higher. This is beneficial for the growth of our economy.

Private money investors allows for an increase in hard money loans.
