10.19.2012 – California in 2013

California is still a buyer’s market.

There is no denying that the economy has effected our country in ways we will continue to see for some time. Although things are not back where they were however, improvements can be seen in some areas.

As I have shared in recent blogs, less foreclosures have been filed and prices are on the rise in many cities across the U.S. Even with these changes, there still is time to buy and take advantage of the buyer’s market benefits. It is recommended that you do move forward with your purchase as quickly as possible, since there are no guarantees on what will happen next.

An article by the California Association of Realtors’ provides some insights. At the link below you can find out more about their 2013 forecast of the real estate market.
