1.8.2013 – A Seller’s Market?

For those that have been waiting to buy, you may be in for a surprise when the time comes. Although still largely being referred to as a buyer’s market, I just read a Forbes article suggesting that in 2013, it will actually be a seller’s market in some areas. That is the first time I have read an article talking about our real estate market swaying to the side of the seller, since I started writing this blog in January of 2012. Times are changing!

So, as I have said before, if you have the means, now is the time to buy! You can read the Forbes article in its entirety at the link below.

Will it be a seller’s market in 2013? This and other updates.

Maybe you do want to buy, but you feel that you can’t, due to limited funds. What do you do in that case, if you want to purchase and take advantage of the buyer’s market that still exists? If you aren’t able to obtain a loan through a traditional bank, consider a hard money loan with Source Capital.

It can be discouraging to keep moving forward when you have weathered through one or more rejections. I, however would like to encourage you! Keep going!

Private lender, Source Capital, looks at the whole picture. Not just a three digit number, also known as your credit store. If you have acquired bad credit, have gone through a bankruptcy, foreclosure, short sale or some other life happening, you still may be eligible for a private money trust deed loan. It’s at least worth a try!
